History

Couleurs de Plantes © was born in 2005 after a 10-year R&D project managed by ARRDHOR CRITT Horticole in Rochefort (France).

The aim is to create a complete line of dye-plants cultures and industrial productions of plant coloring matter (extracts, dyes and pigments) for industrial or public uses.

It is in total adequation with new interest to natural products, switching to natural and renewable ressources, in a general care of our environment preservation.

Couleurs de Plantes is an agro-industrial company manufacturing dye-plant extracts, plant pigments, pigments pastes and other coloring matter from plants. Our large range of products is adapted to several applications for innovative colored solutions.

Couleurs de Plantes® is a trademark registered at INPI (french National Institute for Industrial Protection).

Our team

Couleurs de Plantes was created by two former scientists from the technical centre CRITT. Couleurs de Plantes is now a complete team covering all specialties of our activities. Our phylosophy rely on plants, natural dyes that can be extracted and innovative applications made from these substances, respect of natural ressources and protection of our environment.

Situation

Couleurs de Plantes was settled in Rochefort sur Mer (France), city of history, nature and technologies, on the Atlantic coast, a few minutes south from La Rochelle & 1,5 h from Bordeaux or Nantes.
