 Environmentally safe extraction processes
Each product development is intregated
into a global Ecological Conception program.
Extraction solvents (water, plant alcohol) are from
natural origin and recycled to more 75%. Water consumption
is lowered at all steps. By-products are spread out
on new fields. Waste water is permanently controlled.
A biological treatment by plants is under construction.
The extracting plant is certified ISO 9001 and 14001.
We are also involved in a simplified Life Cycle Analysis managed by ARRDHOR that shows that the production of our dye extracts has a small impact on environment.
Soluble Dye-plant extracts
Obtained through selective extraction
and drying producing rich, standardized water soluble
powders. Our products fit lots of current uses and industrial
specifications.
The
final color
of the product is depending on the process of dyeing
(dye bath and mordant) or formulation (cosmetics, inks).
